Before I wrote for startups, I spent years wrestling with knowledge management the hard way—inside a PhD program.I did pretty well: 10 peer-reviewed articles, $75K in fellowships. But behind the scenes, my research process was a mess. Not even my Harvard-trained advisor had a KM system to speak of—except those 3 ratty cardboard boxes under his desk.I knew there had to be a better way. So I became a student of knowledge management. Not just the tools, but the principles that make information easy to organize, find, and creatively connect.Soon, academic peers and founder friends were asking me for KM tips. That led to something bigger: writing for B2B startups solving the same problems I had—now with AI.Since then, I’ve helped 10+ startups grow up to 160% YoY with conversion-focused content.
